It has reverse cycle air-cond. Quality linen is supplied. It has a balcony (with table and chairs to enjoy the view towards the city) and an undercover car park. In 2012, we completed the kitchen with a new two pack red high gloss kitchen. In 2013, we gutted the bathroom and added an extra large frameless shower with contemporary tiled feature wall. We love the look of the large tiles. It felt a bit wild to lay them on their side, but it has worked beautifully! It also has free fast WIFI (ADSL2) internet. You can use up to 5GB per day! The configuration is a spacious main bedroom (Queen Bed) with 2 double built in robes, a second bedroom (with a double bunk - a double bed with single bed on top), a bathroom, lounge room and kitchen/dining. The apartment has been stylishly renovated with original artworks and a contemporary vibe. It is located at the very back of the group of units and so does not get road noise inside. Norwood is walking distance to the Adelaide CBD and to the fantastic shopping precinct on Norwood Parade. The bus stop is right outside the front of the apartment on Kensington Road. It is also close to Burnside Village a shopping precinct with many designer shops. The Colonist hotel, with its melting ice chandelier, is a 5 minute walk away.
